Pretium Projects is currently looking for experienced Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Site Supervisors and Project Coordinators for medium to large construction projects throughout Western Canada.   • This position assists in the management of Construction projects.
  • This position may be expected to perform duties in both the office and site settings
  • This position reports to the Director of Construction but works directly with a Project Managers, Superintendents, Sub-contractors, Consultants, and owners on a day-to-day basis.

Full-time opening for an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership and management of commercial, residential high-rise, industrial, recreational, education and healthcare, and institutional construction projects in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Projects are exciting and challenging, typically ranging from $20M-$100M in value.

Project Managers are responsible for all project phases including early planning, design, construction, commissioning, and hand-over. The PM’s responsibility is to represent the Owner while managing the overall project budget, the project schedule, sustainability requirements, and all consultants and contractors.
